Steps to Get Accurate Readings
1.Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Sit up straight with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table or armrest, keeping it at heart level.
2.Take a few minutes to relax and rest before taking the measurement. Avoid any physical activity, caffeine, or smoking for at least 30 minutes prior to the measurement.
3.The monitor should be aligned with your heart, so adjust the positioning if needed.
4.Keep your arm and wrist still during the measurement. Avoid talking or moving until the measurement is complete.
5.For the most accurate results, take multiple readings with a short rest period between each reading. This helps to account for any variations and ensures consistency.
